Yet another Freebie for you today
Plus a recap of the last few bits I’ve mentioned in case you’ve been busy and missed them.

On my own front – I briefly mentioned that WizardResponder has had another upgrade, with the facility to mail all (or selective) lists in one go.
This has been something I’ve been waiting on for ages and saves me so much time!

There are more upgrades coming along with a small price increase – BUT – anyone already using the service WILL be locked at the $8.97 price forever!
This message will also be going out to everyone on the WizardResponder lists, so that the upgrade is properly mentioned.
(And now that Pete has finally moved the list into my control panel…lol)

Also added since I mentioned the upgrade is our latest new support desk for WizardResponder customers.
Pete has bought around 5 or 6 over the last few months, and even though we have changed it twice before – the New new one means we can increase the levels of serivce and hopefuilly answer tickets even quicker. As this one has a great knowledge base feature as well as canned responses to frequently asked questions.

We’ve had the lovely Peggy Baron going through nearly two years of tickets to highlight the most common queries so we can answer those before you finish asking – This is going to be a great help for newbies who are stuck on what some consider basic task, which will also help us have more time available for those who are stuck on more detailed queries…. And hey – it looks pretty and is easier to use too

I’m posting this more as a reminder to myself of how lucky I am!
And I hope it helps others who might watch it to appreciate all they really do have regardless of how bad things sometimes may seem!
We can all complain about all sorts of things…. but how often do we sit and talk about how wonderful life is?

Well after going to YourTube and watching more of  Nicks talks and videos, I have to say – What a Guy!
He certainly inspires me to want to do more for other and be even more grateful for my life!

I hope you get some motivation or inspiration from him too
