As the people that end up on your list - and stays there - are really tuned into the way you do things and are comfortable with knowing (really *knowing*) that the advice you give is never just based on a hefty commission or a hyped-up launch. Let's just be honest and say it eases off buyer's reluctance to some extent :-) And... you're perfectly right! It is nice to be different. They've all listened to the one link for maximum cash approach, and they are probably right... But doesn't it get boring?
