* I Found 7 Videos that most charge for!

I figured as it’s been a while since I sent
out a broadcast I’d start with a link to some
videos that I’ve seen most marketers charging for…

I’ve been on Geoff’s list for a while and he’s a
straight talking sort of guy. So don’t be afraid to
join his list IF you’d like to.

That said he uploaded these with no obligation
for anyone to watch…
(you may have seen others selling them!)

* Did Somebody say it’s a new year?

What?.. Half way through January already?
Yep – time sure does fly when you’re having fun

And I seriously hope you are having fun !
I know I am… Life is great isn’t it!
Well at least it should be….

And I do hope that you take on board the
comment in my sign off.

Those who’ve been with me for a while all know I
did have a bit of a blip a few months ago, and also that
I came out of it all loving life as ever.

I’ve spent the last few months re-evaluating all sorts
of areas and goals that I once had.
Changes were made, different things tried, heck I even
got a job before xmas – (Oh that lasted 3 weeks by the way.)

I was happy enough to give it all of my passion – but
the head office made a slight error in sending my salary
to someone else, and weren’t exactly passionate about
correcting their error.

For a company that placed so much value on customer
service – they completely failed on looking after their employees!

Thankfully I am in a position where I could resign on principle.
So I did! – What a shame they didn’t think to act on the
suggestions of their local management team, who are professional
and lovely people.

But hey – that was last year…lol
And at least it got me back into a work frame of mind.
(I needed a bit of a kick up the backside to re-motivate me)

So here we are in 2009, and I’m sure many people will
all have made their new year resolutions….

And Possibly Broken them already!

My advice is to just stick with making everyday a great one.

In fact my WizardResponder.com partner Pete, wrote a great
post about new year over at  pete-crossman.com
and I can reccomend reading it for reasons NOT to jump on
the resolution bandwagon.

However – if you’re looking at this year as your chance to
make a dent in this whole IM scene, then I would also
suggest taking a look at John Thornhill‘s latest report.

Just so you’re warned – it does mention having to w-o-r-k
So don’t rush there thinking you’ll find the golden goose
for a year of easy anything, haha

That’s something else I did want to touch on ...

The fact that this year will be no different from any other online.
People will still be pitching you with simple, easy, must have
products and solutions….. When in reality, if you just set your goals,
plan your time and effort, and follow the simple advice that people like
John, and others I mention -
-even my advice, as simplistic as it can sometimes be,
- Then success will come!

Take for example this post
and the simple formula within the business update part.

Do that and you’ll be on your way.
The alternative is to keep buying the products that promise
it’s all so easy.

Well if I’ve not bored you yet – let me briefly tell you
about one that I won’t be promoting!

No names (and some figures have been altered to protect the identity)
- but I did get a jv invite to pitch a product
that claims it will show you how to add over 40,000 names to
your lists in 2 weeks.

This is from a marketer who has been around for years…
(So I would think he must have a few million on his list
and not need any JV partners???)

But NO – he even mentions to the potential partners that
of his 102,000 list built over the last few years….

31,000 have been added using this method!

Now with my mensa IQ it didn’t take me long to figure the product
can’t be based on fact then can it? – hence my reason for
not promoting it.

Oh and plus the fact that I did write a similar report myself
But mine was called GA300 (and is Free)

So before you go handing over your hard earned ca$h -
do give it a little thought and ask yourself if you really
need the product.

Is it really going to answer the questions you need answering,
or fill the role you need filling. Will it really help you on
route to where you’d like to be in 2009?

If the answer is yes (like with any of my products – hehe)
then by all means grab it.

But if you’re not sure – ASK.
Ask someone you trust for their honest opinion.
Ask in forums you visit, get advice from people you do trust.

I know a new section we’ve just added in my own forums
at MoreMonthly.com is proving quite helpful and popular
where members do give honest appraisals of product they’ve invested in
and whether they believe they received value or not.

That is genuinely helping members save their ca$h and/or buy
the right products.
Speaking of which – I’ll be adding a new set of (as usual)
over 15 products to the membership over the next week.
Do check it out if you’re not a member – but yeah…
only invest your $14 IF the products will save you moremonthly
or make you moremonthly

Anyway – I do seem to be getting into a ramble don’t I

Getting traffic to your website is the difference between a
successful site and a failure.

I’ve sold countless products online, and I have learned
through both my successes and failures that there are
many ways to get traffic.

The one thing I’ve not done is create a product anywhere
near as extensive as the two I’m about to link you to.

one of my recommendations for a good value product, rather than
risk hundreds on some guru’s over priced DVD or box set….
(I know I’m a cheeky so’n'so)

I’ve also taken a good look around another friends product which
has recently been released…

Richard (a fellow DJ – oh yeah, I forgot I’m not DJing anymore
but still) has created a video series specifically to
help people learn how to effectively drive traffic to their websites.

There is a right way and a wrong way to generate traffic
(the wrong way would be spending dozens of hours and tons
of cash just to generate some decent traffic).

Speaking of DJing – getting discounts reminds me of the song by snap
“I got the power” – One advantage of a having reputation for not
encouraging mass spending is getting my friends and readers a great deal.

Richards site is not going to be one of those sites where they
try to upsell you on a lot of “extra” services.
In fact, almost every method that is shown won’t cost you a dime
to carry out. And there’s a heap of content in the membership area.
