PHEW….
I think I’m finally getting reorganized!
After the Virus basically killed my PC, I finally admitted defeat and bought a new one last weekend.
I’m extremely grateful for all the emails of support and tips about backing up! Thankfully (and I am very thankful) I didn’t lose anything important, except
maybe a few bits of software that can be replaced.
It’s taken me 4 days just to get everything we take for granted downloaded and installed.
Things like a PDF reader, flash player, open office, filezilla, Roboform, my easy cloaker, AVG antivirus, firefox and all the plugins, skype, msn, etc!!!
And the list goes on…lol
So many programs and applications that I’ve taken for granted for so long – and then learning to use the newer versions of many of them…haha
Anyway – I think I’m sorted 
So much so that I managed to get the new downloads for www.MoreMonthly.com uploaded and added to the members area 
(BTW – if you’re a member and not on the specific update list, do log in and go to the download page and add yourself! – there are a good few changes coming soonand you’ll want to know about them)
And if you’re not a member – join sooner rather than later. It will be increasing as soon as the new changes are implemented.
I do hope the reviews I managed to get done were of use, I noticed a few people grabbed Dave’s Tweet Dynamite at the prelaunch price – and well worth it wasn’t it?
It’s still building my followers and posting for me. - Made it look like I was still around and working ,… hehe
It’ll still take me a few more days to get cuaght up on some emails where I needed access to sites etc. – but I’m almost there.
So you can look forward to all sorts of happenings pretty soon. I’ve had so many ‘new’ systems put in place and so many changes to how I do things, that IO may well change others just to reinforce the habits.
Like listening to all my big earning friends and sticking to one email one promo – then maybe a blog update of the last fewrather than lots of shorter rambles….
In fact – I’d value your opinion on that.
Would you prefer to get more ‘short to the point emails’ and then a summary type blog post after a few.
Or do you prefer it when I mention a few different things in each email?
Would that make it easier to skip past any emails like for example the Northallerton Meet Up reminders – when you live too far come anyway?

Straight into it… that flippin Virus has caused me so many challenges.
To the point where I think I may need a new pc! (Confirmed – I do – HD fried basically)
On the positive side – I’ve learnt so much techy stuff about how to use my pc over the last week, it’s been great from that point of view
Here’s a run down of what we’ve established so far:
I got the virus from allowing a facebook application – all innocent like.
That application had a toolbar attached that I never asked for or wanted. And that toolbar had a trojan virus hidden inside it.
The virus basically was recording every site I visited and all the info I would enter into the logins etc. – and sending that info to another site – wheich then redirected me to a search site and then on to a major search engine like Google and Ask.
What was really sneaky about it was that once we had found it – (or thought we had), it turned out that it had created a virtual folder of itself.
So when we went about zapping it – we were only destroying a pretend folder.
It didn’t like that though! (obviously knew we were onto it!)
To add further complications – it seems it was a ‘learning virus’ ??? – It actually learned to defend itself.
Long story shorter – Pete finally found where it was really hiding…
It was in amongst the Operating System drivers! Somewhere we never go…(clever little swine)
Anyway, Pete found it in there and then started zapping it’s folders with a virus eating software.
It didn’t like that either! (Cheeky git!)
So it learned that when we opened the software it shut down the pc to stop us zapping any more of it!
Just how clever are these things??
Pete then had to make a guess at which folder was the ‘Mummy’ folder and zap that one after we got back to it… and he guessed well
Obviously there’s a lot of restarting and installing stuff etc. that I’m missing out, Pete and I were at it for 2 days of 8-10 hours at a time!
Finally – we got rid and then installed a back up Operating system. We then completely wiped the HD and re-installed the OS there, only to find that there is still a problem with the HD now ???
Whether that’s related or not I have no idea. (Either way my HD is definitely fried!)
After several days of re-installing and reformating I’m about concluded that I need a new pc!
The Moral – Don’t Add ANY applications on social sites or from anywhere else where you don’t really know where it’s come from etc.
AND DO make regular back ups! (My biggest relief is that I didn’t lose anything important and have them all on an external drive now!)
So here I plod on with my laptop til I get around to looking for a new pc… No rush, might as well wait til the month end and get a decent one from commissions.(so do feel free to buy anything I promote…lol)
And now for a mention of three tools that have proven to be invaluable during all this mess around.
One I’ve already mentioned which was the Drop Box from http://www.getdropbox.com
Free for up to 2 gig – and was great for Pete to add applications etc. that I lost in my back upprocess – so I could access them quickly once I had a connection.
Another brilliant one is

This one is one we will use again if and when Pete and I get a coaching program sorted (it’s at the bottom of a long list just now – but we had thought it would be great to really be able to help people, and this makes it possible.)
I’ve personally learnt so much from being able to WATCH Pete do things on MY pc in front of my eyes….
Once again this site has a free version, and that’s what we used (Don’t know what the paid version adds as it was brilliant)
I’ve seen these advertised on national tv for £30 (around $45- $50) a month.. so this is fantastic at no cost if you want someone to see your pc – or access a pc of your own in a different location.
And Finally – good old Roboform
I didn’t know they had an online version!

You just create an online account no ca$h involved, and then ‘sync’ your stored password with some free software. After that it’s just a case of logging into it from any pc – and there are all your sites ready to access with your master password!… Again – very useful.
So I hope my rambling about my challenges has informed and educated you somewhat. And that you NEVER get a virus like the one I got
(My first in nearly 10 years online!)
And at the very least – I hope the tools mentioned prove useful to you .

As I’ve not been able to do much else, (other than learning techy stuff from Pete), I’ve made time to take a good look around another course that was recommended to me.
I hadn’t heard of James prior to looking at his course.But I’ve spoken to him since on skype and he seems a genuine guy.

I think that’s every thing covered – and James covers everything…lol
~~The Positives~~
On the PLUS side of things – he does break everything down, and the way he’s done it all for a one time fee means that members will be able to follow along on their own time scale – no rushing due to repeat payments, or getting behind with this course.
In fact – I would suggest it’s a coaching course without the coach actually being there – it’s so comprehensive.
I also loved how he found ‘Easy ways’ to get things done… like the video on creating a salespage… (as that’s one of my strengths I took particular interest to see if the short cut was any good, and I have to say I was impressed!)
~~The Negatives~~
OK – all things have two sides, and this is no different.I have to say that although the course is quality info and very step by step.. I felt the domain name and product title a little misleading…
Easy – to me gives the impression of quick and simple, easily managed in a short space of time ???
I have no doubt that anyone who follows the course will end up with a profitable online business – but I would argue that it’s not going to be EASY.
If people are looking for a push button solution to a quick profit – this is not for them! James may well have saved weeks of work in terms of the resources he has put together (And they are very related and useful). But frankly following the system will take anyone more than a few days, and I would suggest weeks!!
This obviously wouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who is making money online – but for the majority of ‘get rich quick’ seekers – this ain’t it either
(Not that I’ve found one yet!).
~~Conclusion:~~
A very comprehensive course covering every aspect of creating an online business by having your own products out there. But one that will require time and dedication to completing the tasks set.
Not Recommended – for people with no time, patience or who are generally in a rush to the next best thing.
Recommended for – People who can follow a system and put in the effort to see it through to completion. These people will really appreciate the fact that none of the pieces to the online income puzzle have been left out, and I would imagine that the resources provided in the bonus section itself would more than cover the price of the whole product for those people.
My personal opinion is that it’s well worth the current price and could easily sell for a lot more with enough people promoting it.
As James isn’t a well known name – he seems to have set the price to that of a good quality ebook, but delivered a home study course.

How’ve you been… well I hope.
I’ve personally had one of “those” weeks…lol
After getting the virus I mentioned in my last blog post, I had to wait til Monday for an engineer to come around.
He spent 2 hours trying to find the nasty little thing and then took my pc away.
I got it back Tuesday, and we thought everything was fine (the Great news is I lost nothing off it!)
However – it seems it’s not all fine and I’m sitting here writing this on my old laptop
(With no access to half the stuff I need to get to) 
and even after paying out around $125 for the virus removal that hasn’t worked, I still think I’m so lucky!
The Sun is shining and has been for a couple of days, and I do have the laptop!
Plus there is far too much to be grateful for in life to let a virus or these malicious people who create them affect my attitude!
Yep – they are causing me some irritation – but if not them – there is always something else isn’t there….hehe
SO on we go and make the most of what we do have!
And I hope that whatever is irritating you is dealt with the same way, …. as a minor bug in the grand scheme of things…
Like I said last week:
“Nil illegitimi carborundum”
And I see plenty of people knew it’s translation… lol
Anyway – my reason for writing crouched over my old laptop is because I have a reviews I wanted to share.
I don’t have access to everything on here – so a lot of it is from memory of the last week of testing and going through the product.
And I wanted to send this today because it’s for Dave Nicholsons new product and there is a great launch price for the next few days!

We’re also waiting to hear about some additional feature we’ve been wanting to have programmed into the service. And everything is coming along nicely on those
So there is a lot of good stuff around to make up for the slight nuisance caused by stuff like viruses etc.
Just don’t focus your time or energy too much on all those sweet applications we all seem to keep ‘allowing’ on sites like Facebook – as it now looks like one of those was what brought the virus onto my pc! (and it’s a real sneaky little nasty!!)
It seems to be logging and collecting info of every site I visit and sending it to another site – then forwarding me on to a fake search site in order to pass the info – then off to one of the main search engines to make it appear that I’ve just hit a wrong link or misspelled a word!
So do think twice before ‘Allowing’ applications!

First my personal results from testing……..and then the pitch
Here’s a taste of what I found when I logged in and started following Dave’s instructions just over a week ago.
You see Dave is one of those people I ‘know’.
I’ve known him for a few years now and we regularly email each other. I’ve also spoken to Dave and have his number in my phone!
And last month – We finally met up face to face and got merrily social together (he’s a party animal of the nice sort!!)
Anyway – I mention all that to explain how come I tested the product…
I had told him I was pretty hopeless with Twitter, and confused by all the various sites and tools people keep throwing my way!
The long and short of it was that he suggested I follow his Easy Video Guide for a few weeks and see what happened.
I’d love to say I did – but quite honestly I’m struggled for time with everything else I’ve had on…
So in a nutshell – I tried it for a week!
Here’s what happened:
Firstly – I found the videos really easy to follow and very clear (No techy crap to shout Pete about…lol)
I literally followed one after another and did what it said to do!
I started with around 700 followers and prior to going through Tweet Dynamite, I just logged in on a morning and pasted a one line joke to stay active.
In the last 3 months I’ve had an average of 7 visits per MONTH from my twitter to my site!
In the last two weeks – with a week off due to the virus (Obviously due to the pc virus I haven’t had chance to do a thing this last week)
I’ve nearly Trebled my followers (and I stuck with the free methods that Dave shows, one has pro version that I didn’t try!)
Also, and thanks to another of Daves videos, I’ve got a very reliable tracking system in place to tell me not only how many visits I’ve had – but even which ‘Tweet’ they clicked on! (impressive)
And I’ve had -
43 Direct hits to my sites or ones I’ve promoted
PLUS – I now know exactly which words and phrases get the most hits and interest (very handy for future tweets)
And that last part came about because of the automation Dave showed me – where I post interesting and informative tweets relating to my niche… WITHOUT knowing or doing a thing!! …haha
So from the week I used it – I have to say….

One is the unusual promotion I mentioned the other day

The other is a follow up to the recommendation I made Monday and me venting some steam as I don’t want to follow the ‘guru hype’ path – but I’m getting grief about it and they’re using my lack of sales against me to prove their point
On a lighter note in terms of long term sales…I didn’t have any spectacular weeks in August – BUT – I did add another get a payrise from most of my main sites
So regardless of what ‘they’ say, (or how I sound below) I’m very happy to continue being me. (And not trying to be someone I’m not)
In fact – I do wish a lot of luck to those who follow and remake themselves into new people – as long as they’re happy with the end result and the lives that they find themselves living.

I do want to reassure you…
It may take a little longer – but trust me on this…
You will really – really love the life you get at the end of it. And it does come around eventually…
I think I have it on my twitter profile – That keeping my marketing fun and passion filled may earn less initially – but it does lead to a happier life that I love living ….But it’s not for me to make decisions about the way others lead their lives (and it’s definitely NOT my job to judge anyone!! – I’ll leave that to the guys with wigs and the higher powers people believe in)
I just hope you enjoy the life you have, and can pass that on to others.

It seems that sometime on Thursday my pc was infected with a virus
I won’t bore you with too many details of the nightmare this is causing me – other than to ask for your patience in replying to just about anything.

To turn this all into a postive – Pete is going to teach me a bit more techy stuff about putting everything onto my external hard drive as soon as I’m fully back up and running…. so something good will come out of it

The question that so many have asked me over the years.

Did I mess up?
Two days ago I mentioned Ray’s new Adswap product

I stuck in the copy and paste email and added what I thought were my more realistic comments.
I even admitted and mentioned on my blog that doing this had added 841 subscribers to my own lists.
And yet I don’t seem to have anyone grab the offer and ask me for the resource I’d said I would give as my genuine related bonus for those taking the upsell?
So I figure there could be a number of reasons for it…
Either everyone on my list has suddenly stopped reading anything I send out (possible but seems unlikely)?
OR
I didn’t make it clear that the front end is FREE (I didn’t but figured if you went to the site you’d see that for yourself…)
OR
Everyone who did read it, went to the site and saw no need to buy product, as they are already using this to great effect and have a list of thousands already making them heaps of ca$h every month? (in which case – can you all please contact me to arrange to promote my products???) - hehe
OR
is it that I should change my style and really hype it up like others have done? That may be something I have to consider, as people are making some good ca$h using the hyped up emails and bonuses.
I really don’t get it on this one.
It is a guaranteed way to build your lists and make more income each and every month, and yet I made no sales.

I stand by what I always say about not spending on things you don’t need….
BUT HEY – I’ve never had a time when there are at least a few who would benefit from products I review and recommend.
Therefore I can only assume that it’s cos I didn’t recommend it strongly enough, or I should have added some info overload bonuses and gone with the hypey pitch.
Nope – can’t do it.
I doubt it will get you 10,000 subs in a few weeks – it hasn’t for me. But Adswaps have added another $300 to my incom’e last month alone! And 841 subs.
So why wouldn’t you think that was worth taking a lkook at if you are ready to build your own lists?

I have www.GuruBypass.com that can get anyone started with a list and some monthly inco’me.
(And in it I do recommend starting some adswaps once you have a list started)
So whatever the reason is – I’m sure I’ve done a dis-service by not being strong enough in recommending Ray’s product!
Here’s hoping that whoever missed the email or thought a few hundred a month wasn’t worth the investment may realise it’s one of the best ways to keep adding to your own long term security and will reconsider and take a look today…

Hi,
And welcome to September already!
Just a few more days and the kids are back to school… phew…lol
Summer holidays always remind me how time flies, I was fortunate enough when I was growing up to have my Great Grandmother around in my younger days.
And this always sticks in my memory….
I used to complain that it always felt like the holidays went too fast and yet it seemed like 5 years between summer and xmas!
Great Gran used to tell me to be grateful for time going slow – because as I got older, it would vanish in the blink of an eye!!
Well she was right!
Time these days just flies by.
One minute I’m looking forward to the new millenium…..And the next we’re getting closer to a new decade!
I suppose the moral is to take action NOW
Because before you know it another week, then month, then year has gone.
In todays ramble I’m making mention of a new product launching today that may just help you take action.

So as time flies by and we wonder what happened to it… Do think about what you’re doing with your allocation.
We all get the same number of hours in a day, and we all have commitments….
But some folks do seem to ‘invest’ their time while others get caught in the info overload syndrome, or the waiting for things to be perfect place.
And so many still keep chasing the quick buck!
Seriously – it takes action to achieve results!
